The traditional Vipiteno Dumpling Festival will take place on Sunday, September 13, 2026, from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Along a 400-meter-long table set up in the Old Town and New Town of Vipiteno, as well as in the Town Square and on Monte Cavallo (Rosskopf), visitors will be able to enjoy around 70 different varieties of dumplings.
